Our mission is to guide our clients to success through our creativity and innovative approach. We launch advertising campaigns for sports and esports brands worldwide. Our 500-strong team organizes music festivals and events, launches IT products and brands, and brings ideas to life in the form of videos, websites, banners, and unmissable advertisements. Key responsibilities: Full cycle of sponsorship agreements with eSports teams: from preparing contract options to leading the contractor; Overseeing sponsored materials, logos, and links distribution on partners’ pages; Development of advertising content plans with partners; Management of creative special projects with partners. For example, limited collections, video series, web games, etc. Preparing reports on completed work, quarterly reports + annual summaries. Our perfect candidate: Has experience working in the sports/eSports industry and understands the market structure. Has experience in sports marketing, SMM, knows how partnerships are organized and what contract options look like; Has experience in eSports specifically – this would be a significant advantage; Is fluent in English on a conversational level (C1+); Is a confident Google Workspace user; Is an open and dynamic person, ready to work both in the office and outside of it. Enthusiastic about life, sports & eSports.
