Описание: | What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities): - Collaborate with sales representative teams by conducting product training sessions, presenting promotional activities, monitoring motivation programs, and keeping sales representatives informed.
- Engage with partners by approving orders, managing sales and presentations of new products, handling reconciliation, controlling shipments, and addressing claims.
- Organize and oversee reporting, including motivational programs for sales representatives, coordination of trade marketing events, and audits of retail outlets.
- Coordinate with local chains to negotiate contract terms, oversee promotional activities, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.
- Manage accounts receivable from direct clients, introduce new products, monitor accounts, and ensure timely collections.
What You Need:- A Bachelor's degree form any discipline.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Have a good relation/channel with Hypermarket/Supermarket/Modern market and able to maintain.
- Proficient in market analysis, negotiation skills, leadership skills, and developing customer.
- High achiever, target oriented, and posses excellent command in English both oral and written.
