Описание:	We are seeking a motivated Online Sales Agent to join our Call Center team specializing in tobacco products for the B2C segment in the USA market. Responsibilities: Actively promote and upsell tobacco products to meet or exceed sales targets Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products based on their preferences Engage with customers via phone, email, and online chat to promote and sell tobacco products Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing American clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Requirements: 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Agent of Call Center in B2C online sales, preferably with an international market Fluent English C1-C2 is a must-have, confirmed by certification. Ability to communicate effectively with English-speaking clients and team members Proficient in using CRM software and call center tools Strong understanding of online sales strategies and techniques Proven track record of achieving online sales targets and driving revenue growth Working conditions: Full remote work from any location Work schedule is 5/2 Monday - Friday, the USA market hours Professional service contract Payment to foreign banks If you are a results-driven online sales professional with a passion for B2C sales, we want to hear from you!
