We specialize in unlocking powerful insights using digital footprints from over 140 open sources, including social media, corporate sources, and the Dark Web, to prevent payment fraud, detect fake accounts, and improve credit scoring. By analyzing data patterns—such as social media activity, data breaches, social graphs, and geo data—we empower businesses to make informed, secure decisions. Having successfully developed our MVP and raised a pre-seed round, we are now conducting pilot projects and preparing for market expansion. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated Senior Backend Developer to take charge of our product’s architecture and drive the backend product development. You will play a key role in bringing cutting-edge technology to the market, fostering the evolution of fraud prevention and credit scoring markets. Key Responsibilities Product Architecture: Design a scalable and secure product architecture. Evaluate and implement technologies to enhance performance and streamline operations. Product Development: Drive the backend product development. Ensure product aligns with business objectives and market demands. Research & Development (R&D): Lead R&D initiatives to explore innovative technologies and methods in fraud prevention and credit scoring, fostering creativity and cutting-edge solutions within the team. Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies, ensuring full compliance with GDPR and SOC 2 standards. Proactively mitigate risks and protect personal data. Integration: Integrate the software with external solutions (e.g., APIs, No Code platforms such as Bubble.io). Billing & Payment System: Create a client area for billing, invoicing, and payment using No Code solutions. CI/CD Pipelines: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines from scratch using GitLab and AWS, ensuring smooth deployment and continuous integration. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Python (with expertise in asyncio, FastAPI) 2+ years of experience with MongoDB, Redis/RabbitMQ 2+ years of with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes (deployment) Experience with No Code tools such as Bubble.io for client-facing solutions Proficiency in integrating third-party APIs and external systems Nice to Have Experience working in the fintech or fraud prevention industry Prior experience in a startup environment with market expansion goals Why we The opportunity to shape a unique product and have a significant impact on company development Stock Options Collaborative and motivating work environment Freedom to work from any location (except Russia and Belarus) Interested?
