We're looking for a dedicated Full-Cycle IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience. Position Overview: As a Full-Cycle IT Recruiter at OnHires, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through every stage of the recruitment process. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their hiring needs, leveraging your expertise to bring top tech talent onboard. Key Responsibilities: Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and hiring. Sourcing: Identify and attract top tech talent using diverse sourcing strategies, including Boolean and X-ray searches, to maintain a robust pipeline. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct detailed CV screenings, pre-screening calls, and in-depth interviews to ensure candidates meet role requirements and align with client needs. Email Validation: Use email validation tools to verify candidate contact information, enhancing communication efficiency and candidate engagement. Candidate Engagement: Foster a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and effective interview preparation. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring objectives and ensure alignment with their company culture. Market Research: Perform ongoing market analysis to stay updated on tech hiring trends and salary benchmarks, providing valuable insights to clients. Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting through our ATS and internal databases. Job Portal Management: Monitor the relevance of job postings and update as needed on job portals and social media channels. Offer Management: Negotiate offers with candidates and ensure a smooth handover to the onboarding team.
