Описание: | This role requires an understanding of the emerging regulatory policy trends in the technology / data / cybersecurity landscape. The employee must be sensitive to Kaspersky’s business, goals and challenges and be able to work with the regional Public Affairs teams and our internal and external stakeholders to triage solutions which are sound and practical. Key responsibilities: - To stay abreast of the evolving relevant policies across markets and provide data-driven analytical reports to the internal stakeholders as well as shape external corporate narrative on the legislative initiatives including but not limited drafting official submissions and policy papers;
- Develop and strengthen the relations with key industry regulators and stakeholders;
- To support the company’s participation at the international forums and events led by UN and other stakeholders;
- To drive the development of company’s Global Transparency Initiative, including the coordination of the audits of company’s practices and code reviews by third party organizations;
- To help the company strengthen its policy advocacy efforts and navigate challenging public policy positions in certain markets;
- To explore effective ways of involving the company in meaningful partnerships with the public sector;
- Compile and update the industry landscape and stakeholder mapping; analyze existing and upcoming legislation in the area of cybersecurity, IoT, Industry 4.0, critical infrastructure protection, data protection, AI regulation;
- Advise management on national cybersecurity policies and regulations and create/procure company’s policy advisory papers;
- Develop and implement campaigns and initiatives; commission and co-create whitepapers, policy briefs, and other cross-platform content
- Facilitate company’s participation in major cybersecurity awareness initiatives and public-private collaboration projects;
- Coordinate own and third-party events and other engagements with the key stakeholders, including those with policy-makers, think-tanks, external experts;
- Support management visits and high-level meetings; Represent the company’s positions at the stakeholders’ meetings and public consultations;
- and any other duties and projects reasonably determined from time to time by the Company.
To be successful in this role, you will have: - 3-6 years of relevant experience with a technology company, think tank, public affairs consultancy, or government sector;
- Bachelor degree in law, international relations, information technology or public policy. Master degree is a plus;
- Languages: Native Russian and fluent English
