Our internationally distributed team consists of top-tier gamedev professionals. We work remotely, and our hubs are located in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Armenia, UAE, Serbia, and Georgia. What you’ll do: Prepare content for communications: news digests, email newsletters, posts for messenger and the Intranet Manage and enhance the employee information portal Organize internal online events Support the development and coordination of internal communities Oversee the entire process of merchandise development from concept and design through to production Provide operational support in various processes (gift distribution, interaction with teams and more) What you need to succeed: Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal communications or employer branding (portfolio preferred) Content management experience: proven ability to work effectively with text, writing on diverse topics and in various formats Experience coordinating both online and offline events Ability to tackle routine tasks with creativity and responsibility Proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, reliability, and autonomy Nice to have: Proficiency in MS Office, Figma, Zoom Basic knowledge of HTML What we offer: Work remotely from all around the world Collaborative working atmosphere in an internal game dev community that unites more than a dozen of internal game studios, crafting innovative experiences across mobile, PC, and console platforms A strong team of specialists across different areas — access unique expertise and professional knowledge Possibility to experiment and work on interesting tasks with ambitious goals — we have all resources to implement new ideas Create great games and win the hearts of players Push the boundaries of the game industry and lead the way forward
