Описание:	Our B2B team is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who has a systematic approach to work, demonstrates proactivity, and takes a comprehensive approach to tackling challenges. Responsibilities: Take a deep dive into the B2B crypto market Collaborate closely with product managers to elicit and document detailed requirements for upcoming features Clearly articulate and describe the gathered requirements to ensure they are well understood by the development team Create technical assignments for features, outlining functionality, user stories, and acceptance criteria Validate the final results of implemented features to ensure they meet the specified requirements and quality standards Analyze the outcomes of completed features and propose improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics Requirements: 3-5 years of experience as a Systems/Business analyst Experience in the fintech industry with a strong understanding of payment services Experience working with UML/BPMN diagrams Basic knowledge of SQL with the ability to write simple queries Proactive approach to work, attention to detail and quick to take action Basic understanding of the tech landscape A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen, with experience working in a team of more than 5 people. Ability to create a description of the terms of reference for the development team Independence and autonomy, readiness to make decisions and bear responsibility for them Bonus if you know about data analytics, worked with product and technical metrics Conversational English skills Conditions: Work in a remote mode in EU working hours Strong team of professionals and growth opportunities within the company Effective management that listens actively and uses data-driven approach to guide decisions Comfortable working conditions.
