The Role

As Head of Product, you will define and execute the company’s product and service strategy to deliver value and drive business success. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategy and Market Analysis:
  • Analyze market, customer, competitor, and product data.
  • Develop value-driven strategies for products and services.
  • Prioritize product features, establish metrics, and track performance.
  • Create pricing strategies based on value and market insights.
• Product Portfolio Management :
  • Design and implement effective portfolio management processes.
  • Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration and lifecycle management.
• Team Leadership :
  • Optimize product portfolio performance and efficiency.
  • Provide methodological guidance and support to the product team.
  • Drive cross-functional implementation of product strategies.
• Product Innovation :
  • Lead and monitor innovation activities within the R&D team.
  • Keep teams informed of market trends and emerging innovations.

The Candidate

We are seeking a skilled and experienced product leader who meets the following criteria:

• Experience:
  • At least 1 year of team leadership (e.g., Team Lead, Product Owner).
  • Background in product/category management, preferably in DIY, household, or building materials industries.
• Skills:
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with core product metrics.
  • Understanding of portfolio management tools and basic economics (e.g., P&L, unit economics).
  • Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, and managing NPD/PIPO documentation processes.
  • English at B2 level minimum
• Personal Qualities:
  • Attention to detail and a research-driven mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for client and partner interaction.
  • High self-organization, motivation, and readiness for fieldwork.
  • Ability to excel in cross-functional projects.
