We have been developing IT solutions for clients from the USA and Europe for over 13 years. We specialize in Enterprise development, creation of integration solutions and systems for automating business processes. Our teams also successfully implement research projects in the fields of IoT and science. We offer professional IT consulting and effective project management.

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Outreach and Engagement Strategist to lead our lead generation and engagement initiatives. This individual will align closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies, oversee omnichannel lead sourcing, and ensure that client engagement processes are efficient and impactful. The role requires expertise in leveraging technology, managing team dynamics, and driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with campaign goals and revenue objectives.

  • Define, refine, and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to target high-value prospects effectively.

  • Conduct customer development interviews (CustDev) to gather insights for product/service optimization and lead nurturing strategies.

  • Identify and challenge inefficient processes, providing recommendations for improvement across departments.

Lead Generation & Management:

  • Oversee multichannel lead sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, crawlers, email campaigns, and warm contacts, integrating these into a cohesive outreach pipeline.

  • Implement lead scoring and qualification frameworks to ensure high-quality leads are prioritized.

  • Develop and refine templates for pitches, prompts, and hooks tailored to the software development outsourcing industry.

Engagement & Outreach Execution:

  • Supervise the execution of email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations (e.g., LinkedIn account management, GDPR compliance).

  • Monitor and address LinkedIn account bans with proactive avoidance strategies and alternative approaches.

  • Foster relationships with decision-makers at prospective client companies, including CEOs and technical leads.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Mentor and lead the lead generation team, providing training, guidance, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive knowledge sharing and best practices across the team to ensure consistency in outreach efforts.

  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and career path development for lead generation specialists.

Process Optimization & Tools:

  • Explore and evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance outreach automation, CRM efficiency, and data analytics.

  • Design and improve dashboards and reporting systems for tracking outreach KPIs and engagement metrics.

  • Collaborate with the development team on the integration and optimization of custom crawlers and scraping tools for lead generation.

Performance Analysis & Industry Trends:

  • Stay updated on industry trends in the IT outsourcing sector, applying insights to refine outreach strategies.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including response rates, lead quality, and campaign ROI.

  • Benchmark against competitors in the top-100 IT outsourcing space to ensure best-in-class engagement practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outreach, lead generation, or sales enablement, preferably in the software development outsourcing industry.

  • Deep understanding of ICPs, B2B sales cycles, and customer journey optimization.

  • Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and outreach automation systems.

  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and team development.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking performance metrics and optimizing workflows.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach materials.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with scraping technologies, crawlers, or other data aggregation tools.

  • Knowledge of compliance regulations in outreach (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act).

  • Background in IT services, consulting, or a related field.
