Who You Are: Are you a recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a passion and interest in gaining hands-on experience in digital advertising? Are you ready to work closely and learn from a seasoned team of Paid Search / Paid Social professionals? If so, you may be an excellent fit for our upcoming DELVE Internship Program in Minsk, Belarus! As a DELVE Intern, you'll have the opportunity to "delve" into the world of Paid Search & Paid Social. This internship will last approximately 12 weeks (start in Q1 of 2025) with the potential to move to a full-time role thereafter. The ideal candidate will be extremely driven to learn, grow their career in digital marketing, and remain a valuable member of the DELVE team! What we're looking for: University/college graduate Strong interest in digital marketing, particularly paid search and paid social advertising Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently on projects Ability to work under pressure and under time sensitive deadlines Basic understanding of digital advertising principles and platforms (Google Ads) Ability to perform in depth research and analysis What you’ll need: Completion of three years of study in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, advertising, business or a related field What DELVE offers: Compensation: $585 (gross) per month 3 months mandate contract Beautiful Office & Workspace Hybrid Working Model: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays in office with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays Mentorship from industry professionals Exposure to a fast-paced agency environment with a focus on results-driven strategies Please submit your CV in English!
