Responsibilities: - Ensure the collection, analysis, and integration of regional insights into strategic decision-making processes;
- Monitor competitor analyses, market trends, and shift in consumer behavior regularly, and update strategies based on these insights;
- Lead and perform daily-based marketing activities (ATL & BTL & Digital & PR & trade & merchandising & research);
- Develop pricing and value proposition strategies aligned with local market dynamics;
- Lead the development of brand positioning and channel strategies, including the restructuring of distributors, digital, and retail channels;
- Create product and service strategies tailored to the needs of local customer segments, including converters;
- Conduct performance analysis and reporting of regional marketing campaigns;
- Identify new business opportunities, evaluate commercial synergies, and promote the replication of best practices;
- Determine replication opportunities in commercial practices targeting new customer segments and markets, and build an effective network across regions;
- Collaborate with Product and Brand Management teams on product development initiatives;
- Execute projects based on input from regional sales directors to better define marketing needs and opportunities.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field;
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in strategic marketing, business development, or market intelligence, preferably in B2C (FMCG) and B2B industries;
- Solid understanding and proven experience of ATL and BTL marcom strategies, with hands-on experience in managing integrated campaigns across traditional and non-traditional channels;
- Proven experience in performance marketing, including digital campaign planning, execution, optimization, and measurement;
- Shown expertise in e-commerce by marketplaces and website collaborations
- Demonstrated expertise in influence marketing;
- Proven experience in trade marketing (retail chains), PR (offline & online);
- Shown expertise in working with media, PR, digital & event & trade and merchandising agencies;
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior tracking;
- Ability to develop regional insights and translate them into actionable strategies;
- Experience in pricing strategy, value proposition development, and channel optimization;
- Skilled in brand positioning and multi-channel marketing (distributors, federal retail chains, marketplaces, and Horeca);
- Ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities and commercial synergies across markets;
- Strong collaboration skills, especially with product, brand, and sales teams;
- Fluent in English;
- Proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools; familiarity with CRM and market intelligence platforms is preferred;
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
- Result-oriented team player, initiative-taker, well-organized, and able to work with strict deadlines.
