Andersen is hiring a Project Manager in Tashkent for a leading digital bank. The role involves managing the card products team to enhance functionality, expand features, and improve overall system performance. The customer is a modern digital bank operating in Central Asia, providing a full range of financial services for individuals and businesses through mobile and online platforms. The institution focuses on simplifying everyday banking with user-friendly digital tools, 24/7 support, and innovative payment solutions. It is recognized for its strong contribution to the development of digital banking in the region, continuous technological advancement, and commitment to enhancing customer experience through automation and service accessibility. The project is focused on leading the card products team responsible for developing new features and improving existing functionality. The goal is to enhance system performance, expand product capabilities, and ensure a smooth user experience across all card-related services. Responsibilities: - Setting up an agile flow in the team.
- Holding and facilitating ceremonies with the team and meetings with the stakeholders.
- Creating the project documentation.
- Gathering/ specifying requested information on tasks for the developers.
- Controlling the team performance and tasks execution (deadlines).
- Gathering team feedback and planning potential improvements.
Must-haves: - Experience in project management for 2+ years.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile frameworks, primarily Scrum.
- Proven experience in migration from Kanban to Scrum.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence management.
- Experience managing several teams in parallel.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
