Описание:

Responsibilities

1. Implement sales strategies and complete sales targets and tasks (including but not limited to: pick-up, terminal sales, payment collection).
2. Assist the network department to expand sales channels, introduce high-quality channel resources, manage and maintain sales channels, and improve the conversion rate of channel marketing.
3. Develop and implement the terminal sales plan to ensure the effective closed loop of the sales process and results.
4. Responsible for sales promotion and target achievement of new products.
5. Collect market information and provide support for marketing activities.
6. Assist in identifying market opportunities for key customers, and provide support for the development of specific key customers.
7. Assist after-sales service department to deal with quality problems and customer complaints.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, marketing, business management, international trade and other related majors preferred.
2. Language: proficient in the local language, need to have good English or Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
3. Experience: at least 3 years of automotive sales or related field work experience, including at least two years of dealer management experience. Having certain dealer resources is preferred.
4. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills, problem solving skills and decision-making skills.
5. Knowledge: familiar with the local market environment, consumer behavior, sales channels and the latest industry trends.
6. Computer skills: proficient in MS Office software, sales management and CRM system.
