| Описание: | Lightspeed is an international product IT company that develops commerce platforms for retail, hospitality, and golf merchants globally. It is headquartered in Montreal, Canada. As part of Lightspeed, we have a product called Ecwid (Lightspeed E-Series) that helps businesses all over the world create websites with online stores without the help of programmers and designers. We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our company in Tbilisi. You will be part of our Customization team, which works directly with current clients and helps them develop and customize their stores' look and functionality — from custom features to integrations with other tools to their own mobile app. Please keep in mind that it is preferable if you have one year of experience as an IT Project Manager or IT Account Manager. Also, this is a full-time, on-site job, so you need to be located in Tbilisi to apply. What you’ll be doing: Offer our customization services to existing global customers and communicate with them in English. Understand our customers' needs and convey, sometimes even translate, their feedback to our technical engineering team. Assess the complexity and time requirements of tasks in collaboration with developers. Facilitate communication between customers and developers to find the best solutions to problems and tasks. Engage in upselling opportunities.
You definitely fit the job if you: Speak and write English fluently (C1 level or higher). Speak and write Russian fluently (your teammates in the Customization team are Russian-speaking). Understand the software development lifecycle or have any IT background. Are ready to learn new things. Are willing to complete a test assignment.
It will be nice if you: - Have some experience in IT projects.
- Have basic knowledge of CSS/HTML/JS.
- Have an IT sales background.
