Responsibilities: - Conducting initial assessments of trainee candidates (general interviews) via Skype.
- Organizing tech interviews with mentors.
- Maintaining our candidate database and working with internal systems.
- Providing feedback to candidates.
Must-haves: - University degree;
- Competent verbal and written speech.
- Administrative and analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions.
- Ability to multitask, stress resistance and responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills, tactfulness, and openness.
- Ability to work with objections.
- Experience with Google Docs.
- Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
Nice-to-haves: - Knowledge of other foreign languages.
