VFS Global, the world’s largest outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide, is looking for a HR coordinator in Operations Department in Minsk. Responsibilities: - Support to the Operations Manager on HR processes, paperwork, and implementation of key HR initiatives;
- Maintaining regular HR paperwork and reporting both in accordance with the requirements of Belarusian legislation and corporate standards;
- Work in the SAP HCM system, data management in the system, ensuring their correctness.
- Assistance in organizing various internal and external corporate events, assistance to the Operations Manager in work on the staff engagement and motivation;
- Assistance in training, adaptation of new employees, control over the passing of mandatory training modules and certification;
- Advice and assistance to line managers in the implementation of the HR program (performance appraisal, career development, etc.).
Requirements: - At least 3-year experience in HR, preferably in an international company
- Experience with SAP
- Managerial experience
- Knowing of local labour legislations
- Perfect communication skills
- Intermediate level in English at least
