What tasks await you:

• Create and implement employee policies in accordance with the strategy.
• Keep employee records and payroll.
• Control insurance, visas and work permits issues.
• Develop HRM system.
• Support the onboarding of new employees.
• Take part in developing the motivation system for the group of companies.
• Develop and implement performance review.
• Develop benefits package for the team.
• Organize corporate activities, support and develop communication channels with the team.
• Help employees resolve HR issues.

We expect you to:

• You have an experience in HR for at least 3 years.
• You are ready to work in a startup, we will have to restore some processes and form new ones.
• You desire to implement interesting and ambitious tasks and to become a member of an international company.
• You are proactive, you set priorities and achieve the results that the business needs.
• You have a high pace.
• Good Russian and English communication skills.
