The Opportunity:

As the Remote HR Manager, you will be at the center of our mission to expand and nurture a dynamic and innovative team. You'll be the driving force behind our talent acquisition, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, and fostering the growth and development of both new and existing team members. How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse sources, including job search sites and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR management.

To Join Our Team:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
  • Prior experience of recruiting in the European, American and/or Canadian markets.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Experience in outsourcing candidates worldwide.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, talent development, and process management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • C1-C2 English level.
