The InDrive team is looking for a PR Manager for the Safety team. We are seeking an independent, attentive, and resilient specialist who will assist regional teams in handling urgent media inquiries related to safety issues. You will also work with cross-functional teams to help make InDrive's services people-centric, convenient, and safe. Responsibilities:

Develop and shape crisis communication frameworks to ensure timely, transparent, and effective communication during incidents, minimizing reputational risk and maintaining public trust. -
Establish and promote global safety standards within the company, ensuring consistent and high-quality safety communication across all regions and external communications. -
Use data analytics to identify trends, inform strategic decisions, and continuously improve safety communication practices and incident response protocols. -
Formulate and help execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company's long-term safety goals and commitment. -
Oversee creating and maintaining an incident response toolkit, including templates and guidelines. -
Develop a unified Tone of Voice (ToV) for public communications during incidents, encompassing media, social networks, and support channels. -
Enhance the current public incident management workflow and collaboration among cross-functional teams. -
Strengthen and enhance the performance of regional PR and cross-functional teams during public incidents. Requirements: -
3+ years of work experience in PR, Crisis Management, Urgent Customer Support, or SMM -
Studies in PR, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field -
Experience working effectively in a multicultural team is a plus -
Writing and speaking skills in English and Russian -
Project management skills -
