What You Will Do:

The Digital Media Analyst plays an integral part in implementing holistic campaign measurement frameworks and identifying actionable insights to drive positive campaign performance. The Digital Media Analyst works collaboratively with DELVE’s Planning, Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, Web Analytics and Data teams to understand and measure cross channel full funnel media plans.You will partner cross functionally to provide campaign reporting and to dig into strategic questions. Your insights will help drive the prioritization and outcomes of the team's efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media, marketing analytics, and data visualization tools, as well as experience providing actionable data based insights.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Builds dashboards, reports and creates insights based on available data.
  • Convert complex data findings into understandable text, tables, graphs and data visualizations.
  • Automation of data streams for non API platforms.
  • Collaborates with the media team to evaluate and analyze paid media and advertising performance.
  • Reports and delivers insights leading to opportunities for optimizing partners, targets, and tactics and troubleshoots data discrepancies.
  • Digs deep into the “why” behind the numbers and ties them to influencing factors listed in change log and/or external events.
  • Analyzes creative messaging (and other media related platforms, such as websites) performance, delivers reports, and identifies testing opportunities.
  • Getting and aggregating the data from multiple sources, data cleansing, data transformation.
  • Advising clients and media team on campaign tracking and measurement.
  • Problem solving and quality assurance.
  • Presents in smaller groups with support and assists in creation of client reports.
  • Participates in client meetings, answers questions.
  • Documents processes and client feedback.

What You Bring:

  • 2-3 years experience (preferably in an agency setting) on digital and full-funnel campaigns with KPIs ranging from Brand Awareness to ROAS
  • Proven skills in ETL platforms (especially Funnel but also Dataslayer, Supermetrics, Adverity).
  • Proven skills in Google Sheets or Excel (we mainly use Sheets but if you know Excel only that’s fine, transition is easy).
  • Experience in data visualization using Looker Studio is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and practical knowledge of Google Analytics 4.
  • Practical knowledge about marketing and advertising platforms (Google Ads, META Ads Manager, Hubspot, The Trade Desk, Display and Video 360, Campaign Manager 360).
  • Ability to write regular expressions and use SQL.

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge of Google Apps Script.
  • Familiarity with GCP.
  • Any experience with Tableau.
