Who You Are:

Are you a recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a passion and interest in gaining hands-on experience in digital advertising? Are you ready to work closely and learn from a seasoned team of programmatic professionals? If so, you may be an excellent fit for our upcoming Fall 2024 DELVE Internship Program in Minsk, Belarus!

As a DELVE Intern, you'll have the opportunity to "delve" into the world of Programmatic marketing. This internship will last approximately 12 weeks (September through December) with the potential to move to a full-time role thereafter. You will work alongside our programmatic team to execute and optimize programmatic campaigns. The ideal candidate will be extremely driven to learn, grow their career in digital marketing, and remain a valuable member of the DELVE team!

What we're looking for:

• Recent college graduate (2023/2024)
• Strong interest in digital marketing, particularly programmatic
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and under time sensitive deadlines
• Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of programmatic advertising campaigns across several demand-side platforms (DSPs)
• Help in the creation of campaign reports and presentations, highlighting key performance metrics and insights

What you’ll need:

• Completion of three years of study in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, advertising, business or a related field
