In 2024 we have 7,000 workers, and our annual turnover exceeded €80,000,000. We are actively engaged with European markets and are currently seeking a Commercial Director to enhance our team. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of sales processes, business development, and experience with European markets. Job Description: - Operational activities: managing daily business processes, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring quality control. Overseeing the supply chain, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Market Research: Analyze market conditions, trends, competitors, and target audience needs.
- Target Audience: Segment and identify the target audience.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy.
- Budget Management: Formulate and confirm the marketing budget with management and ensure its effective use to attract quality leads and improve the company's image.
- Team Formation: Form a team to address marketing tasks, including targeting specialists, designers, SMM specialists, copywriters, etc., and attract both in-house and outsourced staff.
- Advertising Campaigns: Develop and implement advertising campaigns, choose appropriate communication channels, create advertising materials, track efficiency, and optimize lead costs.
- Analytics: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy in the European market.
- Manage a team of sales and marketing specialists.
- Analyze the market and competitive environment to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct negotiations and conclude contracts with key clients and partners.
- Manage the budget and plan financial indicators.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of commercial processes and propose improvements.
Requirements: - Higher education in economics, business, management, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in leadership positions in sales or marketing.
- Knowledge of the labor market and specifics of personnel recruitment.
- Successful experience in an international company is a plus.
- Fluent in Russian and English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions.
- High level of responsibility and results-oriented.
Other Requirements: - Strong communication skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking.
- Organizational skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in the marketing field (considered a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, social media, email strategy setup, chatbot configuration, contextual/banner advertising, and understanding of CPA will be considered a plus.
