Job Description:

1. Controlling Function: Supervise the operations of an outsourced third-party company responsible for taxation and accounting services.
2. Accounting: Manage internal reporting within the ERP system for 2-5 small entities.
3. Conduct daily bookkeeping and accounting activities, including verifying supporting documents and liaising with employees to ensure document accuracy. Organize and maintain the storage of supporting documents.
4. Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
5. Support the expense reimbursement process, maintain ledgers and journals, an reconcile accounts. Perform bank statement reconciliations.
6. Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets, implementing necessary adjustments.
7. Collaborate with tax advisors, investment, and treasury teams.
8. Generate regular and ad-hoc management accounts for stakeholders.

Job Requirements

1. Education: bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. ACCA or CPA certification would be a plus.
2. Experience: at least 5 years of experience in the financial industry; including the experience of leading accounting processes for several companies.
3. Important Skills: experienced Excel user.
