Atlassian services What you will do: -
Manage the team of 3 AQA engineers working in the following fields:
- Functional UI automation (iOS, Android, web)
- API testing
- Load testing
- Creating utilities -
Analyze the need for automated testing in our current and upcoming products -
Outline and assess automated testing tasks and resource requirements -
Enhance and maintain current automated testing functionalities -
Analyze the effectiveness and profitability of automated testing -
Guide product teams and the automation team in implementing and advancing automated testing -
Assist in resource management for the automation team What you should have: -
At least 2 years of experience in managing a team of 3+ AQA engineers -
At least 4 years of experience in the development of automated testing processes in one of the following fields: mobile automation, API tests, or utilities -
Expertise and understanding of load testing aspects -
Deep knowledge of Java/Kotlin, Swift, and frameworks and the ability to use them for testing -
Understanding of client-server architecture, HTTP protocol, and principles of relational and non-relational databases -
Willingness to develop team management skills and mentor the team -
Exceptional analytical abilities, comprehension of cause and effect -
Stress tolerance, self-reliance, and decision-making skills -
Desire to grow, awareness of evolving trends in automated testing -
Proactivity, willingness and desire to build a dream team -
Strong proficiency in both oral and written communication -
Ability to multitask -
