Efes Kazakhstan takes a leading position in the beer market of Kazakhstan. The company is a member of Efes Beer Group, which is a multinational group in the beverage industry specializing in the production and sale of beer and non-alcoholic beverages in Turkey, Eastern Europe and the CIS. Efes Kazakhstan owns two beer production plants in Almaty and Karaganda, as well as regional representative offices in Kazakhstan. We are glad to invite candidates to consider our vibrant vacancy of Financial Controlling Specialist, which requires creativity and analytical thinking to address real business challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • SAP consultation(S4HANA processes)
  • Business Partner’s reliability checking
  • Cost center creation
  • PR and PO approval instead of Director
  • Set up limit for Other customer
  • Price set up for other sale (used materials, fixed assets, trade equipment,services)
  • Tender form and documentation check (vendors and customers for malt)
  • IBAN, BIN, Name of company approval in S4HANA
  • Insurance claim (transport loss, damage, breakage, frozen)
  • HQ Stock Count report
  • HQ Commercial fixed asset report
  • HQ Account Receivable report
  • Set credit control for other customers
  • SAP S4Hana consultation (Technical part)
  • Checking EBG Write-off forms
  • Internal order creation
  • Account Reconciliation report (distributors, other customers, sales support, other vendors, kegs)

Requirements:

  • Higher education (economy, finance).
  • Minimum 3 years in financial-accounting (financial-economic) positions.
  • Knowledge of the business – plan developing order, the System of economic standards and Company activities.
  • Knowledge of economic analyzes making methods of the Company and its divisions’ industrial and economic activities.
  • Knowledge of reports arrangement and handling-over of them.
  • Good skills in MS office
  • English (intermediate level).
