About the Role: As our Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our VIP players receive exceptional gaming experiences. This role involves engaging with our high-stakes players, managing their needs, and providing top-tier support and services. Key Responsibilities: -
VIP Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our top-tier players, providing bespoke support and ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty. -
Global Interaction: Cater to English, German, and Spanish-speaking players, offering personalized services to a diverse international clientele. -
Retention Strategies: Develop and implement innovative retention and reactivation strategies to maintain high engagement levels among VIP players. -
Bonus Management: Expertly manage and customize bonus offerings to align with our strategic goals and regulatory standards. -
Campaign Design: Design and execute compelling campaigns to enhance player loyalty and increase their lifetime value. -
Customer Journeys: Create and oversee customer journeys across our casino products, ensuring each VIP receives a personalized and exceptional experience. -
Multibrand Support: Deliver consistent, high-quality support across all our brands, reinforcing our position as a leader in the online casino industry. Qualifications and Requirements: -
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, German, or Spanish, with excellent communication skills. -
