Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to play a crucial role in
architecting and implementing the first version of our main application. Reporting directly
to our Co-Founder and CTO, you'll have the opportunity to shape the technical direction
of our product and contribute significantly to its success.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain our full-stack TypeScript application using NextJS
● Collaborate with the CTO to architect scalable and efficient software
● Implement and optimize integrations with key services including Medplum,
Supabase, Elation, and Stripe
● Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and security of our application
● Contribute to technical decision-making and best practices
● Work in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements
Required Qualifications
● 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development
● Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React ecosystem
● Experience with NextJS and serverless architectures
● Proven track record of architecting and implementing complex full-stack
applications
● Familiarity with health tech or experience working with HIPAA-compliant systems
● Previous experience in early-stage startups
● Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous environments
● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with Supabase or similar technologies
● Experience with FHIR interoperability/Medplum
● Familiarity with healthcare API integrations (e.g., Elation)
● Knowledge of payment processing systems (e.g., Stripe)
● Understanding of Personalized Medicine (functional, integrative, longevity)
