| Описание: | Job duties: The tasks of a civil engineer include creating a project of construction works, determining the schedule of construction of the object, coordinating the actions of subordinates, controlling the quality and timing of delivery of construction materials. - Design of water supply and sewerage systems, pumping stations, transportation systems, water treatment systems, water/wastewater distribution planning, general planning and reconstruction and expansion of wastewater treatment plants
- Project management, design and examination of urban planning documentation, coordination of construction and provision of regular communication and guidance with less experienced staff
- Cooperation with the company's multidisciplinary team and Employer representatives for the successful completion of projects
- Creation of work plans and compliance with the budget set by the construction contract, and the application of in-depth knowledge in the field of project management
- Attend meetings and communicate with Employer, government agencies and various regulatory authorities to comply with any instructions and requirements related to projects
- Monitoring the progress of the project, budgets and schedules
- Preparation of estimates
- Selection of building materials
- Management of construction deadlines and volumes
- Analysis of the compliance of completed works with the budget
- Commissioning of the site
- Preparation of technical proposals for tenders
Qualification requirements: - Higher education (minimum Bachelor's degree) in the required field;
- At least 4 years of experience in design/construction of construction projects in the field of water supply and sewerage;
- Knowledge of relevant international standards and legislation, good command of GOST standards and local regulations of Uzbekistan;
- Knowledge of languages: English and Russian, Uzbek is welcome;
- Relevant experience in municipal construction, including design of pumping stations, pipelines, water and wastewater treatment plants.
