| Описание: | Responsibilities: - Communication with clients to identify business requirements and develop business case
- Modelling of AS-IS / TO-BE business processes
- Development of user stories
- Development of UI/UX requirements
- Development of functional requirements
- Collection of non-functional requirements from Information Security, Infrastructure, and others
- Assisting architect in modelling of AS-IS / TO-BE architecture (components, functions, integrations)
- Assisting architect in finding best-fit solutions for TO-BE architecture components
- Assisting project / product manager in development of project / release plan, staffing, data migration planning, testing strategy, etc.
- Development of test-cases and / or testing scenarios
- Development of solution documentation
- Organization of training for users and user acceptance tests (UATs)
- Organization of project / product support
Requirements: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis / consulting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
- Understanding of key principles of IT projects / products management
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall frameworks
- Understanding of database concepts and SQL at a basic level
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and / or draw.io and / or ARIS (or similar tools)
- Understanding of basic business analysis technics / artifacts
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in programming / software configuration is a plus
- Certification in business analysis, enterprise architecture or project management is a plus
