We're seeking a Professional Assortment Category Manager Responsibilities: - Assortment development plan in the assigned categories corresponding with the target values of turnover, margin, and PB sales share.
- Target assortment matrix in the assigned categories according to the assortment policy and the evaluation of the priorities for development.
- Coverage of the target assortment matrix with the active assortment with affixed efficiency indicators.
- Correspondence of the active assortment with the characteristics classifier and the segments in the assigned categories.
Requirements: - Strong Category management skills
- Proficient multi-tasking and prioritization
- Knowledge of Auto parts manufacturers brands and quality selection
- Knowledge of Auto parts consumption patterns of key customers
- Category development strategy creation and implementation
- 3+ years of proven success experience in commerce/purchacing/sales
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google sheets
- Systems thinking and strong analytical skills
