- Good command of English
- From 2 years experience as a lawyer (international company preferable)
- Strong knowledge and experience in Russian Civil Law (understanding where and how to find the information and how to apply it)
- Drive, motivation, curiosity, liability, diligence
Duties: - Contracts writing, examining and amending under the Russian legislation
- Resolution of insurance claims
- Drafting, review and legal expertise of various contracts and agreements (i.e. supply contracts, sales contracts, service contracts, etc.) both in English and Russian
- Filing & keeping all corporate documentation under the Russian legislation
- Company’s day-to-day operations legal support
- Power of Attorney drafting, notarization, licensing support
- Company representation in courts or before government bodies
