A UI/UX Researcher possesses a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, a key ingredient for crafting successful products. By delving into the complexities of user interactions, preferences, and challenges, UI/UX research becomes essential in the product department, illuminating the path to design solutions that truly resonate with users. In this role, you will: - Conduct qualitative user/customer research (customer interviews, usability tests);
- Generate hypotheses based on the research findings, presenting research results to stakeholders across the company, and advocating for the product enhancements based on the research you conducted;
- Work closely with colleagues from product team.
We need: - At least 2 years of Research experience (B2C segment);
- Advanced level of oral and written English (all our users are English speaking, and all research data is in English);
- Independency, a strong sense of individual initiative;
- Understanding of qualitative research methodologies (JTBD as necessarily);
- Comfortable speaking a lot to customers in English;
- Excellent communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
