Responsibilities: - Placement and tracking of dispatch orders until reaching the partners. Subsequent document flow.
- Tracing and working with partners portals (complaint, etc)
- Organization of shipping process on different type of transport.
- Payment tracking . Subsequent document flow.
- Weekly and ad hoc reports preparation (expenses, forecasts, depletion, balance check etc)
- Partners’ Stock management
- Participating in organizational part in concluding agreements, contracts, addendums.
- Export/Import, customs and transport legislation are appreciated.
Requirements: - Higher education (Finance, Management, Economics)
- Proficiency in Excel at an advanced level is required, SAP
- English- Upper Intermediate or higher (speaking and writing)
- Planning and Supply Chain expirience
- High level of interpersonal skills, organization and planning, ability to work both in a team and independently, responsibility, analytical skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, and efficiency.
