Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team for an initial period of 3-4 months, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. As a Freelance Recruiter at Glovo, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our rapid growth and ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

  • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.

  • Assist in the negotiation and offer process, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the LinkedIn Recruiter System.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems of LinkedIN and other recruitment tools.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
