Описание: Hi, I am Rauan Khassan, VP of Sales & Business Development at TradingView and we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Manager to join our Global Growth team. This manager will play a crucial role in processing inbound leads, managing existing deals, and expanding partnerships to drive enterprise product adoption within the US market. This is a key position that will contribute to TradingView’s growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound Lead Processing: Quickly respond to and qualify inbound leads from various channels (website, email, social media) to ensure timely follow-up and conversion
  • Deal Management: Maintain and manage a pipeline of existing deals, ensuring regular follow-up and progression through the sales cycle
  • Partnership Expansion: Identify potential partners and new business opportunities to expand TradingView’s enterprise product adoption in the US market
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and customer information in the CRM system
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, sales qualified leads (SQLs), and overall revenue targets
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role, preferably within the fintech or technology sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients and partners
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools
  • Results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
  • Familiarity with the financial markets and trading industry is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
