Описание: | Project Manager (PM) has overall management responsibilities for a project from development to execution phases acting on-behalf of a country. Project budget – up to 2 МEuro (small projects) 1. PM scope in projects organization and structure. - Obtain entire contract documents (commercial + technical) and all the relevant documentation / information issued during the development phase; - Prepare project frame schedule, establish project team; Follow up project budget and change orders, - Organize set up of tools (cash flow, schedule, progress reports, change management/lessons learned and etc.); - In close cooperation with the Solution Development Manager, is responsible for budget, main milestones and scope of work.
- Construction team managing. Communications with the client representative on site. 2. Develop execution strategy - Obtain consensus with associated disciplines for the following project execution strategies: a. Engineering strategy (Technology, Engineering) b. Procurement strategy (Procurement, Engineering) c. Expediting/inspection/shipping strategy (Procurement, HSES Quality, Engineering, Site Management) d. Commercial/contract management strategy (Legal and Commercial Project Management) e. Claim/change order strategy (Commercial project management) f. Subcontracting strategy (Site Management, Procurement) g. Construction management strategy (Commercial Project Management, Site Management) h. Pre-commissioning/commissioning strategy, including PSSR (Technology, Site Management) i. Risk/opportunity strategy (Project Team) 3. Manage the project from design to facility set-up - Organize project team meetings at regular basis; - Coordinate internal and external meetings (clients/partners); - Perform regular reporting on project advancement; - Manage the follow up of design institute, suppliers and contractor, - With the strong support of permitting manager, obtain all mandatory approvals from State Authorities to start the delivery; - Coordinates interactions between different stakeholders; - Align and motivate people involved in a project, respect and achieve key project KPIs; - Prepare, on a weekly basis, the project progress and the list of pendings; - Prepare, on a monthly basis, the updated budget and time schedule; - Anticipate the possible issues and put in place preventive/corrective actions; - Be present / stay on construction site during construction and start up as long as the situation requests, - Manage the ready for start-up process; - Bear full responsibility up to operating license, - Is responsible for Capitalization file (Lessons learnt, analyze of deviations). 4. Promote Safety / Quality / Risk Management - Create a high level of safety spirit and awareness during project execution; - Ensure that the quality and risk management plan is being respected and regularly reviewed / updated and all necessary actions to ensure high quality and minimized risks.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - Master’s Degree in Engineering (Process, Cryogenics, Mechanical, Chemistry or similar); - Minimum of 2 years experience in Project Management in Industrial Construction Environment, including hazardous production/sites; - English from Upper Intermediate is preferable; - Strong Safety culture; - Strong communication skills: verbal and written communication to interface in a diplomatic manner with a broad range of people; - Readiness for frequent business trips.
