OpiniQ is a dynamic consulting firm specializing in providing professional services across various business sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Advisor to join our team
Responsibilities: - Drafting, reviewing, and revision contracts and agreements, including but not limited to service agreements, partnership agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Negotiation contract terms with internal and external parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements while protecting the company’s interests.
- Ensuring all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Identifing potential legal risks associated with contracts and agreements.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on contractual matters to various departments within the company.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Law
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Corporate law, preferably in a reputable law firm or in-house corporate legal department.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication
- Russian, English languages proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher
- Familiarity with local and international regulatory frameworks and a strong understanding of corporate legal principles.
