The position

Lean Partner facilitates management teams and individuals at all levels on the subjects including lean leadership, continuous improvements, resources optimization and sustainability of the business processes.

In the role of the Lean Partner, you will be responsible for the sustainable set-up and further development of LEAN Supply System in Local Manufacturing Kaluga (LMK) site which is based on LEAN principles. Promoting and supporting processes digitalization and innovative solutions will be one of the key deliverables as well. This is a person who manages relationships with internal stakeholders and customers (including Site Vice President, Managers, Process Owners and others) to ensure alignment of expectations and key initiatives, maximization of value delivered, and continuous improvement. As for the external stakeholders - you will be a part of the global LEAN community and will be expected to actively interact with your peers across the globe to share knowledge and best practices as well as to take part in the global initiatives.

You will apply your coaching, facilitation and mentoring capabilities, spending your time with the management on the shopfloor to help the business continuously meet strategic and operational goals and needs; provide technical leadership and coordination of the improvement projects within LMK and effectively lead/coordinate these projects with all the parties involved. You will ensure LEAN competences development at the site at all organizational levels, by driving various educational activities including cLEAN Academy.

You will ensure open communication and coordination throughout the organization. Keep stakeholders informed on cLEAN Supply System requirements and its status in LMK, and work with VP to take corrective actions as required to improve the results .

Qualifications

To make it a success you need to have a Higher education, preferably in the engineering or other technical field. It is desired to have at least 3 years of demonstrated results within production, Lean principles and methodologies, as well as leading teams, preferably in a production environment.

You have experience in competences management, coaching and development of individuals and teams either as coach of management or as a manager.

You have strong coaching, facilitation, presentation, communication, and instruction abilities at all organizational levels, as well as strong change management skills and ability to effectively manage risk and ambiguity. You are a skillful user of digital tools, platforms and apps. You are knowledgeable in business functions to include Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and HR. Fluent knowledge of English and Russian.

About the department

You will be a member of our Business Support Department at the Local Manufacturing Kaluga site working with the team of highly professional and engaged employees. You will be working on the cross-functional and international level.

In LMK, we are sustaining a modern insulin production and the processes in scope are formulation, filling, inspection, assembly and packaging. The site has started the delivery of the packed product to the Russian market in February 2015 and launched the aseptic production and assembly into the operations in 2018.
