Main Responsibilities:

- Strategic Product Management: Responsible for developing and implementing the Multispace product strategy, defining its development direction, and realizing key functionalities.

- Market and Competitiveness Analysis: Conduct market analysis of smart office technologies, research competitors, and identify key trends to build competitive products.

- Product Lifecycle Management: Plan and coordinate all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to release and subsequent support, including developing business requirements, creating prototypes, testing, marketing, and user training.

- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work with development teams to ensure the product's functionalities meet business requirements and customer needs.

- User Experience Analysis: Conduct and analyze user research to identify user needs and preferences, as well as gather feedback for continuous product improvement.

Main Requirements:

- Experience in product management within the information technology sector.

- Deep understanding of product management principles and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Analytical skills and the ability to conduct and interpret market research and user experience studies.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.

- Ability to think strategically and make result-oriented decisions.

- English proficiency at B1+ level.
