Описание:

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates commercial management of accounts or projects, commercial interface with top managers, coordination of commercial action;
  • Implements commercial strategy as defined by country chief executive and related business line manager;
  • Ensures overall quality of all client processes (leads, renewal contracts, claims);
  • Ensures implementation of all sales related activities (action plans, workshops);
  • Elaborates yearly sales objectives and cascades on sales teams;
  • Coordinates commercial back office and performs supervision by commercial back office team, appointments, documents for quotation /contracts, commercial information;
  • Manages the sales force team, training of the sales staff, defining the sales objectives, incentives policy and sales back office organization;
  • Manages people, commercial job assignments and delegates per sales executives; Ensures regional and product development;
  • Ensures proper sales administration;
  • Defines of KPI’s for sales and marketing executives;
  • Allocates of clients portfolio for customer service;
  • Market studies: gathers and analyses commercial information, recommendations to Operations Managers.

Education: university degree in engineering or business administration.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of sales & marketing experience gained in any commercial area involving contact with customers, negotiating.
  • 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in sales, marketing.
  • Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.

Required competencies:

  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • English – fluent.
