Описание: | International FMCG company. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collaborate with department head and managers to understand business goals and develop HR strategy that support those goals.
- Act as a consultant to line managers on HR issues, providing guidance and support.
- Lead recruitment efforts to ensure the SC attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
- Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
- Foster a positive workplace environment and culture.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback, implement performance improvement plans where necessary.
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Support leadership development initiatives.
- Manage compensation programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and internal equity.
- Lead HR-related change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes.
- Support business transformation and continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Solid HR experience, preferably as a SC BP
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
