Responsibilities:

• Conducting large logistics projects in the direction of China, Europe, Russia for oversized and outsized cargo;

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts within the trucking sector, serving as their main point of contact(Bother Operations & Business development);
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer/agent network;
• Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client, and propose solutions that align with their business objectives;
• Collaborate with internal departments, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth execution of services and problem solving
  Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development within existing client base.

Requirements:

• Work Experience minimum 5 years in Road Transport:
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, particularly from China:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Chinese, Russian, English languages as preferred.
