| Описание: | We are looking for motivated students or recent graduates to join our HR team at British American Tobacco for a 12-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources while working with a global company. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in document management. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately and timely prepare and process HR documents (orders, additional agreements, certificates, notification letters, etc.) related to labor relations, including verifying incoming documents.
- Ensure timely and high-quality responses to HR administrative requests.
- Create and process requests as needed, ensuring they are completed promptly.
- Perform various administrative tasks related to HR processes, including updating records, maintaining employee files, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of HR operations.
Requirements: - Education: Recent graduate or final-year student (field of study does not matter).
- Language Skills: Fluent in Uzbek and Russian. English proficiency is considered a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous in working with documents and ensuring accuracy.
- Proactivity: Ability to take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and work independently.
