TRANSSION Holdings is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager for its Brand INFINIX Mobility in Kyrgyzstan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive sales initiatives and product launches
- Monitor and report on sales team performance and KPIs
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and coaching to ensure continuous improvement

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Smartphones or Home Electronics experience is required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and exceed targets
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred)
