Manager at English Zone:

Objective:
Lead the branch by aligning with English Zone’s mission of empowering individuals through English language learning. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the EZ spirit, ensuring the branch meets its goals by providing exceptional service to our students and fostering a conducive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Onboarding: Engage with new students and their caretakers, clearly explaining the English Zone system.
• Placement & Grouping: Assess students’ English levels and assign them to the most suitable groups, each containing no more than 12 students.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve student and caretaker concerns promptly, keeping the Chief Manager informed.
• Support Moderators: Assist moderators in resolving daily operational challenges.
• Salary Management: Accurately fill out salary tables and explain the salary system to staff members when needed.
• Event Coordination: Collaborate with the Event Manager to develop the events calendar and assist in organizing events.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee the handling of incoming and outgoing cash.
• Asset Management: Control the inventory of materials and assets, including the procurement of office supplies and cleaning materials from contracted suppliers.

Requirements:

• Education: Current students or holders of a Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
• Experience: 1-2 years of work experience.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English, Russian, and Kyrgyz.

Working Conditions:

• Shifts: Choose between Morning Shift (8:30 AM - 3:00 PM) or Evening Shift (3:00 PM - 9:30 PM).
