Job Description:

The Scriptwriter/Researcher will play a crucial role in shaping the content that defines our YouTube channels. Responsibilities include:

• Scriptwriting: Develop, write, and edit scripts for a variety of video projects, ensuring they align with the channel’s tone and strategic goals.

• Research: Conduct thorough research to gather accurate and relevant information that informs the content of the scripts. This includes fact-checking, sourcing data, and staying updated on industry trends.

• Content Moderation: Review and refine scripts submitted by other team members to ensure quality and consistency.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to understand the creative vision and ensure the scripts complement the visual storytelling.

• Idea Generation: Brainstorm and pitch ideas for new video content based on trending topics and audience interests.

• Adherence to Deadlines: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in content creation, YouTube algorithms, and digital media to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.

• Proven experience in scriptwriting, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of content styles.

• Strong research skills, with experience in gathering and analyzing information from diverse sources.

• Familiarity with the YouTube platform and an understanding of what makes content engaging and successful.

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team.

• Fluency in English, Russian, and also preferably Kazakh.

• A proactive, ambitious individual with a passion for storytelling and digital media.
