Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement external communication strategies.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Represent the company in negotiations and participate in strategic discussions.
• Ensure effective communication between various company departments and external partners.
• Lead negotiations to secure optimal terms of collaboration and contract agreements.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for the company.
• Work closely with the other director to achieve the company’s overall goals.

• Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, management, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role involving communications, negotiations, or partner relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively represent the company’s interests.
• Experience in high-level negotiations.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and make decisions under uncertainty.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher; Russian at B1 level or higher; Spanish at A2+ level.
• High level of self-organization and responsibility.
• Willingness to work permanently in Cyprus.
