We are the team at Dopamine eSports Lounge - a network of exclusive esports clubs.
We create unique gaming spaces where clients can enjoy their gaming experience.
Our goal is to popularize esports and gaming as a leisure activity. We are looking for a club administrator to join our warm and friendly team. Your main task is to provide the highest level of service, take care of clients, and build strong, trusting relationships. Listen and understand what the client wants, and offer the most suitable solutions. We are seeking candidates who are already in the UAE. It’s great if you: - Have highly developed communication skills
- Can listen and understand others
- Are empathetic and can sense what the person in front of you wants
- Can build friendships with clients and provide more value than required
- Are knowledgeable about computers and computer games
- Can make decisions independently, guided by the company’s values
- Adapt easily to new situations and are ready to learn when needed
- Are ready to take responsibility for results
- Are honest with those around you, unafraid to admit your mistakes and change
- Have sufficient English skills to read and speak
- Care about business and processes and want to improve them
Responsibilities: - Greet and register clients
- Listen carefully and find the most suitable solutions
- Give tours of the club to new clients and explain each zone
- Maintain cleanliness and order
- Regularly patrol the club zones to ensure cleanliness, answer client questions, and offer food and drinks from the bar
- Clean up after clients who have left the club
- Monitor stock levels of supplies, food, and drinks
- Prepare light snacks
- Build friendships with regular clients and know their preferences
