About us

We are a Fintech group of companies who launch a new stage of development with strong long-term prospects, stable financing, and a wide product portfolio which forms the management team of the new company, with offices in Astana (Kazakhstan), Yerevan (Armenia), and Limassol (Cyprus).

Today we are a distributed team of 100+ people. To ensure the integrity of financial data, we use the Stellar blockchain.

The main company’s directions: Payment Processing, Neobanking, Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, Money transfers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting office work, maintaining office expenses, document circulation of payments;
  • Assisting to financial department, collecting invoices, planning expenses according to a monthly budget and keeping records
  • Ordering all necessary equipment, stationery and food
  • Organizing meetings and keeping track of the appointments
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • managing relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Travel support (managing of interactions with agencies, buying tickets, booking hotels, transfer, etc.)
  • Applying members of the team for Visas
  • Cost management for all types of travel
  • Travel cost analytics and forecasts

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Equal or similar experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work;
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Fluent Russian and English, Greek – as an advantage
  • Self-driven attitude
  • Multitasking skills
  • Commitment and ability to work long hours and be available round the clock during business trips of the team
  • Eligibility to work in Cyprus is required
